This goal clearly emphasizes the specific aspects of the study to be achieved. The research will involve a literature review and qualitative analysis of regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and literature on fiqh muamalah. Data collection methods may include documentation of fatwas and regulations relevant to online loans and a comparative analysis of existing practices. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Sharia and legal aspects of online loans.

The inconsistency of certain online loan practices with the principles of muamalah fiqh, such as usury, gharar, and injustice, is examined alongside how the DSN-MUI fatwa offers guidelines for addressing these issues. These findings underscore the importance of strict Sharia regulations and public education to ensure that online loan transactions adhere to Islamic principles. There is a pressing need to strengthen the DSN-MUI fatwa as a reference for Sharia law in online loans, while also recommending that regulators and businesses comply with the principles of fiqh muamalah. Additionally, emphasizing the significance of public awareness about Sharia-compliant online loans is crucial. This conclusion ties the findings back to the research objectives and suggests directions for future research or policies.

Misi Anggraini; Hulwati Hulwati, Duhriah Duhriah Copyright (c) 2025 Misi Anggraini; Hulwati, Duhriah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/306 Sun, 20 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 KONSTRUKSI KEBENARAN HAKIKI DALAM EPISTEMOLOGI BAYĀNĪ, ‘IRFĀNĪ DAN BURHĀNĪ ‘ĀBID AL-JĀBIRĪ https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/349
This paper outlines the bayānī, ‘irfānī, and burhānī epistemologies that are part of ’Ābid Al-Jābirī’s project to critique Arabic reason. This research aims to explain the construction of truth based on the three systems of thought in the Arab-Islamic world and see its relevance in the present. This research is qualitative research with a type of literature that aims to produce information from various sources. The results indicate that the truth in bayānī epistemology comes from religious texts such as the Qur'an and Hadith using a linguistic approach. The truth in ‘irfānī epistemology is obtained from direct experience God bestows through intuition using spiritual cultivation. The truth in burhānī epistemology comes from the reality obtained through human intellectual abilities through senses, experiments, and logical rules. The synergy of the three epistemologies will form a tradition of critical thinking, empirically based knowledge, and deep spiritual understanding.

Muhammad Taufiq Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Taufiq https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/349 Sun, 20 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 KEARIFAN LOKAL DAN NILAI MODERASI: Analisis Tokoh Punakawan dalam Budaya Pewayangan Jawa https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/354
This research aims to analyze the concept of moderation in Javanese puppetry represented through Punakawan characters, identify its actualization in contemporary contexts, and examine its theoretical and practical implications for developing moderation approaches based on local wisdom. Using library research methods with a qualitative-interpretive approach, this study analyzes various primary and secondary sources related to Punakawan and the concept of moderation. The results show that moderation in Punakawan characters is represented in three dimensions: philosophical through spiritual-material balance, social through roles as bridges between groups, and praxis through humorous approaches in social criticism. The actualization of Punakawan moderation values can be applied to address socio-political polarization, socio-economic disparities, and cultural identity crises. This research contributes to developing moderation theory based on local wisdom and provides practical guidance for character education programs, conflict resolution, and moderate leadership. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative approach that connects Punakawan local wisdom with contemporary moderation theory, producing a transformative framework that is adaptive to today’s social challenges.
Ngatmin Abbas Mukhlis, Mukhlis Fathurrohman, Amir Mahmud Copyright (c) 2025 Ngatmin Abbas Mukhlis, Mukhlis Fathurrohman, Amir Mahmud https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/354 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 MEGENGAN DAN MALAMANG: Studi Perbandingan Tradisi Penyambutan Ramadan dalam Perspektif Fungsionalisme https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/345
Indonesia is inhabited by people who are predominantly Muslim. The month of Ramadan is a month that Muslims look forward to. Indonesian people, especially in East Java and West Sumatra, have a tradition of welcoming the month of Ramadan, namely the megengan tradition and the malamang tradition. Megengan in East Java is done by praying together and distributing food, especially apem cakes, while malamang is done by making lemang together. The megengan and malamang traditions are a form of Indonesian people's joy in welcoming Ramadan, and these traditions reflect cultural and Islamic values. The purpose of this paper is to compare megengan and malamang as a form of tradition to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature study. The theory used is functionalism, developed by Bronislaw Malinowski and A.R. Radcliffe-Brown. As a result, these two traditions are traditions carried out by the community as a form of welcoming the arrival of the month of Ramadan, which is carried out collectively by the community and contains Islamic values such as friendship, cooperation, and togetherness. Both traditions are carried out by every element of society, from children to the elderly.
Indah Puspita Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Indah Puspita Sari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/345 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 MAKNA SĪRŪ FĪ AL-ARḌ DALAM QS. AL-AN’AM [6]: 11 (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes) https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/366
This article examines the meaning of “sīrū fī al-arḍ” in surah al-An’ām [6]: 11, which is literally interpreted as a physical journey, as commonly undertaken by humans. However, because this command is mentioned several times in the Qur’an, which is rich with moral and spiritual messages, its meaning transcends mere physical activity. This study aims to uncover a deeper layer of meaning from this phrase through Roland Barthes semiotic analysis. Barthes analysis is carried out in two stages: the linguistic system, which explains the denotative meaning, and the mythology system, which explains the connotative meaning and the myth. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The findings of the study show that the meaning of “sīrū fī al-arḍ” in its linguistic system is a command from Allah swt to humans to travel the earth. In the mythology stage, it is a command for humans to undertake a journey accompanied by reflection, both physically through traveling on earth and spiritually through reading and studying history. Through this connotative meaning, the myth meaning emerges: the importance of understanding history, whether acquired physically through direct travel or spiritually through deepening knowledge of history. This serves as a reminder that every action in this world will receive its reward. This is to prevent humans from being caught up solely in worldly pleasures.
Alifia Rizqa Unzila, Putroe Balqis Copyright (c) 2025 Alifia Rizqa Unzila, Putroe Balqis https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/366 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 KRITIK NARASI MISOGINIS: Analisis Pemikiran Fatima Mernissi tentang Hadis dan Kuasa Perempuan https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/347
This study examines Fatima Mernissi's thoughts on misogynistic hadiths and their relevance to women's leadership in the context of Islam. Mernissi, as a feminist thinker, challenged traditional interpretations of hadith that were considered degrading to women, as she stated in her book "Women and Islam: A Historical and Theological Enquiry." Mernissi argues that there is a defect in the hadith because its message contradicts common sense, particularly in sidelining the role of women as leaders and failing to provide public breadth. Departing from this reasoning, she criticized hadiths with misogynistic undertones concerning their narrators and meanings. This study employs a qualitative approach that includes descriptive analysis and the figure study method. From the results of this research, the author identified two major points in Fatima Mernissi's thought: First, she analyzes the text of the hadith using a historical and methodological approach. Second, the methodology that Mernissi applies is based on Ulūm al-Ḥadīth, which aids her in refuting misogynistic hadiths. She does this when determining whether to accept or reject a hadith. Regarding the understanding of hadith, Mernissi applies a historical approach.
Nehru Millat Ahmad, Saichul Anam, Hithna Rohadatul Aisyi Copyright (c) 2025 Nehru mill, Saichul Anam, Hithna Rohadatul Aisyi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/347 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 SEJARAH DAN TRANSFORMASI PEMIKIRAN WAHABI: Pengaruh dan Relevansinya dalam Dunia Islam Kontemporer https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/322
The Wahhabi or Salafi movement is an important phenomenon in contemporary Islamic history, rooted in the preaching of Sheikh Muhammad bin ‘Abd al-Wahhāb in Najd during the 18th century CE. This movement emphasizes the purification of monotheism and the rejection of practices considered deviant from pure Islamic teachings. This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature review to analyze the historical, theological, and sociopolitical dynamics of the Wahabi movement. The findings show that the success of the Wahabi movement lies not only in its ideology but also in its political collaboration with the al-Sa‘ūd dynasty. Despite its wide influence, this movement has also raised controversy due to its rigid and exclusive approach. This article evaluates the relevance of the Wahabi movement in the context of globalization and the future of Islamic civilization.
Kerwanto Kerwanto, Muhammd Furqan Alfaruqiy Copyright (c) 2025 Kerwanto, Muhammd Furqan Alfaruqiy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.iaikhozin.ac.id/ojs/index.php/iklila/article/view/322 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700
