AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Author Guidelines for Ceria: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini
Online Submission Guidelines:
- Authors must first register as users on the CERIA Journal website. Click the “register” menu to create an account.
- Once registered, authors can log in and submit their articles through the online submission system (with active submission status).
- Articles must adhere to the CERIA Journal template provided on the website.
- Citations and bibliography must follow the APA 16th edition citation style.
- Authors are prohibited from submitting their articles to other journals until receiving confirmation from the editorial team (approximately 4 weeks after submission).
- Authors must comply with the editor’s decisions and recommendations regarding article revisions. All reviews and assessments will be communicated via the online submission system.
General Manuscript Guidelines:
- Manuscripts must be original research that has not been published in other media or by other publishers.
- Manuscripts must not contain elements of plagiarism. Any manuscript suspected of plagiarism will be rejected outright by the editorial board.
- Submission and publication processes are free of charge (no APC).
- Manuscripts should follow the Ceria: Journal of Early Childhood Islamic Education guidelines and be submitted in MS Word format using the journal's template via the Open Journal System (OJS).
- Manuscripts not conforming to the template will be returned to the author before the review process begins.
- Manuscripts can be written in either Indonesian or English, using standard academic language.
- Manuscripts should range from 5000 to 7000 words, including tables, footnotes, and references.
- Manuscripts should be written on A4-sized paper (210x297 mm) with custom margins: left 25 mm, right 20 mm, bottom 20 mm, and top 30 mm.
- Uncommon or foreign words must be italicized. Each paragraph begins 10 mm from the left margin with no spacing between paragraphs. Numbers should follow Arabic numeral formatting unless starting a new sentence.
- Tables and figures should be placed within the text after being referenced. Figures must include captions below them, numbered in Arabic numerals, followed by the figure title. Tables must include captions above them, also numbered in Arabic numerals.
- Attached images must be print-ready with clear font size, resolution, and line spacing. Tables and figures should be centered in the text, and large ones may occupy a full page. Tables should not include vertical lines, and horizontal lines should only be used for essential elements.
